What is a microcapsule type foaming powder?
Micropearl series mean capsule of which liquefied hydrocarbon surrounded by thermoplastic resin.
Heating the micropearl increases the internal pressure, softens the thermoplastic resin, and expands the micropearl.
Structure of micropearl
Liquefied hydrocarbon is encapsulated in shell of thermoplastic resin with 2~15μm.
This shell can withstand a pressure of 300kg/cm2.
